Where are parties held?
The Crafty Club and Parties are a mobile party business for children and adults currently based in Cardiff, travelling to your home or chosen venue.
Our radius is 5 miles from our Head office CF14 4QW over this a mileage charge is applied.

How long do parties run for?
Parties usually run for an hour and half to two hours. This depends on size of group and type of party package.
If your adding food please allow extra time on your party and serve after we're done.

When do you arrive?
Will arrive to you anything from 20 - 30 minutes before to set up, depending on type and size of party.

What is suitable age for packages?
Parties are suitable for all ages, when booking the party we can tailor your party to meet the requirements for all age groups.

What days and times are parties available for?
Parties are available weekday evenings,
Saturday and Sunday's (11am, 2pm and 5pm) but these are negotiable depending on our other party commitments.
How far in advance should I book?
To avoid disappointment, we advise to book at least a month in advance. You will have more options on dates and times for the more notice you give us.
Our parties can be booked months in advance as our hosts wish to take advantage of our loyalty offers ie 10% discount if booked again within 6 months.

How many hosts will do the treatments at the party?
Depending on your party choice. Our pamper parties are one hostess per party for 6 or less guests and two hosts or more for over 6. Our crafty parties can be one host.

Do I need to provide any other entertainment?
We engage and entertain all guests at the same time so no one feels like they are waiting around. Most parents do however play background music for the girls, We can provide soothing spa music or chart music on request.
Our party optional extras (see price list) are a fantastic addition to any party, such as the Candy Floss, Snow Cone or Chocolate Fountain hire so the guests can tuck into treats in between treatments.

Do I need to provide anything?
For the Snow Cone Hire we do need 1 bag of Ice Cubes.
For Pamper Parties we need chairs for the children to sit on whist having their foot Spa’s.
For Bath Bomb/Slime Parties we just need a table large enough for guests to work from standing up.

What space do I need to provide for the party?
All towels, equipment and products etc are provided by us. We will need access to warm water, microwave to melt chocolate if hiring the chocolate fountain. Small table to put products onto. Will request a good sized room to set up and dining chairs or sofa if girls receiving a foot soak etc.

When should food be eaten?
This is your choice as host but we advise it is best to serve meals either before or after the treatments.

Will parents stay during treatments?
This is completely up to you, we do everything so you can sit back and relax! Why not open a bottle of prosecco and enjoy with your friends while we entertain.

Is there a fuel charge cover?
We will travel up to 5 miles from our Head office CF14 4QW, there is a fuel cover charge of 45p per mile each way after the first 15 miles each way.

What happens if a child turns up late?
This is also covered in our terms and conditions.
Parties are based on a time schedule due to other bookings and travelling. So late guests can still join in on treatments to whatever point the party has progressed but may have a shorter treatment. Full amount is still charged for late arrivals.
What is the minimum amount of girls?
The minimum amount of 6 girls must be paid for on any package.

How many girls do I pay for on the day?
When making your booking please state amount of party guests. The deposit of £25 will be requested on this booking. Then 7 days before the party date the full and final balance will be due and so calculated to your final numbers. If extra guests do attend on the day, this can be settled on the day though this may extend the party time if other therapists are unavailable.
What if my party is cancelled by The Crafty Club and Parties
If you party is cancelled by The Crafty Club due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

What if I need to cancel my party?
If you cancel the Party with at least 14 days notice, you will be entitled to a refund of monies paid, excluding the £50 deposit. If less than 14 days notice is received, the total cost of the Party will not be refunded. However, the Party can be transferred to an alternative date within 3 months of the original party date, This can only happen once. Any offers for the original date will not be transferred. The party may only be transferred to an alternative date at our discretion.

Why do I sometimes see Hermione Rose instead of the crafty club on some information/ reviews.
Before Covid 19 lockdown The crafty club and parties was known as Hermione Rose Pamper and Parties. Though out the years we have grown and added more party and club themes to our menu. After Lockdown we used this opportunity to rebrand and change our name to reflect more of what we do. The Owner and Founder of the Crafty Club is still the same as Hermione Rose.
