Terms and Conditions.
•On Booking : All parties require a non refundable deposit of £50.00 upon booking the party. Should you need to cancel your booking with 21 days notice of the party date, you can reschedule your party at a later date.
•The host is responsible for providing an accurate address and relevant contact details for the party. Please complete the booking form as appropriate. The Crafty Club will have no liability for any loss of treatment time due to an inaccurate venue address or other party information.
•The Party will start at the agreed time on the booking form, we will arrive 15-20 minutes before to set up as stated and we will not be liable for any late guests missing out on any treatments.
•The host should state if they, or any guests have any medical conditions (or as soon as this information becomes available if a Booking has already been placed).
•All fees for services arranged are to be pre-paid – unless alternative arrangements have been made with a representative of The Crafty Club and Parties . The full balance must be paid at least 7 days before the party, failure to do this can result in any offers being cancelled. The Host will be bound by this price even if a guest does not have their treatment/s. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
•Cancellation: If you cancel your party with more than a months notice we will refund you any payments paid less your deposit.
Your deposit to book the party is non refundable.
Your final balance is due 7 days before your party, without payment you will loose your party date and any offers associated with it. If you cancel less than 7 days before you will not be entitled to any refund but the booking can still be transferred to an alternative date as long as the full balance has been paid. This can only happen once. Any offers for the original date will not be transferred. The party may only be transferred to an alternative date at our discretion. Should The Crafty Club have to cancel the party a full refund and the deposit will be made to the host. Your full balance is due 7 days before your party and any cancellation after this date becomes non refundable.The party may only be transferred to an alternative date at our discretion
•Liability: The Crafty Club are public liability insured and take the upmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests. We only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines. Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a party or thereafter All allergies, ailments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may affect the party in anyway, must be reported prior the party date. We cannot accept liability for events outside the company’s control to include hazards/dangers within the home or chosen venue.
•Use of Optional Extra’s: If you choose to hire any additional equipment for your party such as the popcorn machine, slushy maker, candy floss machine etc an adult must supervise the equipment. Children are not allowed to use the equipment in any circumstance. We will not be responsible for any accidents or incidents regarding the use of equipment. Should any equipment be damaged during the party you may be liable for the cost of fixtures or replacement.
